- Departure from Islamabad at 03:30 AM from Daewoo Terminal
- Peshawar Mor
- Head towards Chillas via Hazara Motorway and Naran Road
- Breakfast at Balakot
- Reach Chillas by evening
- Night stay at a hotel in Chillas or Jaglot

Day 2: Explore the Destination Hunza Valley
- Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Hunza Valley
- Short stops at Nanga Parbat View Point and Junction Point of Three Mountain Ranges
- Short stop for sightseeing at Rakaposhi View Point
- Move towards Karimabad, Hunza and visit Altit Fort and Royal Gardens
- Visit Baltit Fort and Karimabad Bazaar
- Explore local handicrafts shops and bazaars of Hunza Valley
- Trek or jeep ride towards Eagles Nest to witness the sunset (optional)

Day 3: Explore the destination Khunjerab Pass
- Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Upper Hunza towards Khunjerab Pass
- Stop for sightseeing at Attabad Lake, boating or jet skiing at Attabad Lake (optional)
- Move towards Khunjerab Pass
- Short stops along the way at scenic points, Hussaini Bridge, Passu Cones, etc.
- Reach Khunjerab Pass if accessible and enjoy sightseeing
- A short stop only due to high altitude of a maximum of 30 minutes
- Visit Sost Bazaar and depart back towards Hunza
- Reach Hunza by evening for dinner and night stay at the hotel
