Travel Policies & Guidelines

To become a part of Vertex Global Travels and Tours, all participants are required to follow our travel policies and guidelines. Before departure, every participant will receive a policy document that must be read carefully and signed as confirmation of agreement with our terms and conditions.

Our goal is to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable travel experience for every traveler.

1. National Identity Card / Passport (Mandatory)

All participants must carry a valid National Identity Card (CNIC) or Passport for identification purposes throughout the trip. This is mandatory for both domestic and international travelers.

2. Seats in Aircraft & Ground Transport

Seat allocation on flights will be subject to airline policies and availability. During tours, transport seating arrangements will be managed by the organizers while prioritizing families and couples whenever possible.

3. Food & Accommodation

For adventure and remote area tours, food and accommodation will be provided according to standard travel arrangements suitable for the location. In urban destinations, we strive to provide the best available hotels and dining experiences according to your selected package and budget.

For a more comfortable and premium experience, we recommend choosing Deluxe or Premium packages.

4. Behavioral Expectations

All participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior throughout the trip. Any misconduct, abusive language, physical altercations, harassment, or disrespectful actions toward fellow travelers, staff, or locals will not be tolerated.

The company reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour without refund if their behavior negatively affects the group.

5. Itinerary Adjustments

Tour itineraries may change due to weather conditions, road closures, political situations, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, the company will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives; however, the organizers will not be held responsible for unavoidable changes or delays.

6. Prohibited Items (Drugs & Weapons)

The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs, alcohol abuse, or weapons during the trip is strictly prohibited. Any participant found violating this policy will be immediately removed from the tour without any refund.

7. Environmental Responsibility

We encourage responsible tourism and request all travelers to help protect the natural beauty of Pakistan. Participants must dispose of waste responsibly and avoid littering in tourist areas, mountains, lakes, and valleys.

8. Air Travel Conditions

For air travel packages, flight schedules may change due to weather conditions or airline operational factors. Travelers are advised to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure time.

During mountainous road travel, vehicle air conditioning may occasionally be adjusted to maintain engine performance on steep ascents.

9. Loss or Damage of Personal Belongings

Vertex Global Travels and Tours is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip. Participants are advised to keep their valuables secure at all times.

10. Trip Extensions & Extra Expenses

If the trip is extended due to weather conditions, road blockages, political issues, or other unavoidable circumstances, additional expenses, including hotel stays, meals, transport, guides, or related costs, will be borne by the participants.

11. Accidents & Safety

While we prioritize safety and take all reasonable precautions, travel activities may involve unforeseen risks. The company, tour leaders, and organizers will not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, natural disasters, or other incidents occurring beyond our control during the trip.

12. Changes in Rates

In case of sudden increases in fuel prices, hotel charges, transportation costs, or other operational expenses before or during the tour, package rates may be revised accordingly.

13. Airline Terms & Conditions

For air travel packages, all airline policies regarding baggage allowance, cancellations, delays, rescheduling, and refunds will apply. Travelers are advised to review the respective airline’s terms and conditions before departure.

14. Booking & Payment Policy

• Full payment must be cleared:
  • 7 days before departure for international travelers
  • 3 days before departure for domestic travelers

Failure to complete payment within the required timeline may result in cancellation of the booking.
